Villa salva ibiza villa tiene 4 dormitorios y vistas impresionantes a ibiza ciudad y playa den bossa y por supuesto al mar mediterráneo más allá. Esta villa es ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas espectaculares, y para salir a experimentar los clubes de playa, restaurantes, bares y vida nocturna; la combinación ideal de vacaciones ibiza.. . La villa está situada en la ladera de una zona tranquila y rural cerca de la zona conocida como sa carocca y la villa está rodeada de árboles. La villa se accede por una pendiente bastante empinada, pero un coche de alquiler normal será bien.. . Hay 4 dormitorios en la villa. Hay 3 dormitorios situados en la casa principal (uno en la planta baja y dos dormitorios en el primer piso) con el cuarto dormitorio situado en una "casa de la piscina" separado frente a la piscina y sólo unos 10 metros de la casa principal. Tres dormitorios cada uno tiene un baño en suite, con el cuarto cuarto de baño al lado de la habitación sin baño. Todos los 4 dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado.. . La cocina moderna tiene todo lo que necesita, pero pensamos que puede pasar más tiempo en el comedor exterior y zona de barbacoa que tiene un gran ladrillo construido barbacoa de carbón, gran mesa de comedor de madera para 8 personas, ideal para cenar en la noche de advertencia de verano y discutiendo sus planes para más tarde en la noche y para el día siguiente.. . La piscina se enfrenta directamente al mar y mide 11 metros x 5 metros - no muy infinito, pero le da una impresión similar, y hay tumbonas y una sombrilla.. . La parcela no es grande en 2.000 metros cuadrados, pero no se pasa por alto y las vistas panorámicas desde la zona de la piscina tienen que ser vistas para creerlo, como impresionante por día como son como el sol se pone y las luces suben por ibiza ciudad y playa den bossa.. . También afuera es una acogedora zona de asientos cubierta al lado de la piscina que comparte las mismas vistas increíbles al mar.. . La decoración de esta villa es sencillamente sencilla, con la mayoría de las habitaciones pintadas en blanco, pero con cómodos muebles suaves. Es una villa muy acogedora.. . La villa tiene una entrada cerrada, wi-fi, alarma y hay una caja fuerte en la casa.. . . Villa size: 400 sqm. Villa plot: 2,000 sqm. Pool size: 11m x 5m. This villa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying those spectacular views, and for to heading out to experience the beach clubs, restaurants, bars [amp;] nightlife; the ideal ibiza holiday combination.. . The villa is located up on the hillside in a quiet [amp;] rural area close to the area known as sa carroca and the villa is surrounded by trees. The villa is reached by quite a steep incline, but a normal hire car will be fine. . There are 4 bedrooms at the villa. There are 3 bedrooms located in the main house (one on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor) with the 4th bedroom located in a separate "pool house" opposite the swimming pool and only about 10 metres from the main house. Three bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom, with the 4th bathroom next to the bedroom without an en-suite. All 4 bedrooms have air-conditioning.. The modern kitchen has everything you will need but we think you may spend more time at the outside dining [amp;] bbq area which has a large brick built charcoal bbq, large wooden dining table for 8 people, so ideal for dining in the warm summer evening and discussing your plans for later in the evening [amp;] for the following day.. The swimming pool faces directly to the sea and measures 11 metres x 5 metres - not quite infinity but it gives you a similar impression, and there are loungers and a parasol.. The plot is not large at 2,000 square metres but you are not overlooked and the panoramic views from the swimming pool area have to be seen to be believed; as impressive by day as they are as the sun goes down and the lights go up over ibiza town [amp;] playa d'en bossa.. Also outside is a really cosy covered seating area next to the pool which shares the same amazing sea views.. The décor in this villa is mainly simple with most rooms painted in white, but with comfortable soft furnishings. It is a really cosy villa.. The villa has a gated entrance, wi-fi, alarm and there is a safe in the house.. In addition to ibiza town [amp;] playa den bossa you have the best beaches on the island about 11 kilometres away at ses salinas [amp;] es cavallet which are also home to some of ibiza's best beach clubs and beach front restaurants. Cala jondal with its beach clubs [amp;] restaurants including blue marlin is about 13 kilometres way. So you have many of ibiza's key day time [amp;] night time venues within a 10 or 15 minute drive. Taking a day trip to formentera in a private boat, yacht charter, or by the regular ferry service, is also really easy with the marina in ibiza town only about a 10 minute drive away..
